Ashlyn is a movement artist and divine feminine healer, specializing in the craft of sensuality
and pleasure. She is trained in Somatic Experiencing, certified in Expressive Movement, holds a
bachelor’s degree in social work, and has practiced and performed in many dance styles. She is
currently training in Susana Salgado’s Divine Feminine Practicum. Ashlyn’s teachings are
derived from her personal, professional, and educational experiences, as well from Spirit:
ancestral, plant, animal, and land knowledges. Ceremony and respect for Earth’s elements are weaved into every practice and offering.
Ashlyn practices, teaches, and plays in the realm of trauma and pleasure. Ethics, consent, safety,
and confidentiality are key, foundational cornerstones to working with and supporting trauma in
the body of the individual and the collective. Together, you and Ashlyn will create safety first
and foremost in the therapeutic relationship and build from there. She will help you attract more
of what you want in your life, whether it be love, confidence, sex or money. This is
accomplished by resolving and releasing trauma, tension, and fear from your physical and energetic bodies. This frees vital life force energy from managing stress responses (fight, flight, freeze) to intentionally directing energy into receiving pleasure, expansion, and abundance.
